Insurance
Although Clinical Hypnotherapy is becoming a more and more recognized and utilized service not all insurance carriers and/or employee benefit plans offer it as a covered benefit. Please check with your insurance carrier and/or employer regarding your specific benefit coverage if you intend on seeking reimbursement to yourself from your employee benefit program or insurance carrier.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
Even though we all make our best efforts to be accountable and on time, occasionally life can get in the way. Taking that into consideration, if you are going to be late for a scheduled session I request direct communication via phone or text, prior to your appointment time, notifying me of your situation.
For cancellations or to reschedule, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice when possible.
**A courtesy call will be made to anyone who fails to keep their appointment without notification. Rescheduling is dependent upon the situation and may or may not be offered.

- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What level of certification or degree is required of the practitioner for the service to be a covered benefit? Example: Certified practitioner, Licensed Counselor, M.D., P.H.D., Psychologist etc.
- How many sessions &/or $$ amount per year does my benefit package cover?
- What is the covered $$ amount per hypnotherapy session?
- What is, and have I met, my deductible for the year?
- What is do I need to do to file a claim for reimbursement? (Specific paperwork & process.)
