Ronda believes in addressing mind, body, and soul in regards to living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. In 2008, Mrs. McNatt became a Zumba Fitness Instructor. She currently teaches multiple classes throughout the Metro area on a weekly basis. She is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold, AquaZumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Kids/Zumba Kids Jr.
Mrs. McNatt is also a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. She participates in and is specifically certified to teach weight training, Pilates, Yoga, Piloxing(TM), TRX (TM), and Kettlebell. Adding these strength and flexibility programs to a cardio based program, such as Zumba, helps keep the muscles stretched and toned, providing a more comprehensive level of fitness. She can specifically design a fitness program to help individuals enhance their physical fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle.
